Manufacturer Warranty Periods
Standard warranty periods by product category are as follows:
- Smartphones & Tablets: 1 year from date of purchase
- Laptops & Computers: 1 year from date of purchase
- TVs & Monitors: 2 years from date of purchase
- Smart Watches & Accessories: 6 months from date of purchase
Specific products may carry different warranty periods as stated by the manufacturer. Check the product page or packaging for the exact warranty duration of the item you purchased.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects discovered after purchase
- Hardware failures under normal usage conditions
- Screen defects (dead pixels beyond manufacturer tolerance) on qualifying displays
- Internal component failures not caused by external damage
What Is NOT Covered
- Physical damage: Cracked screens, dents, bent frames, or broken ports due to drops or impacts
- Water or liquid damage: Even on water-resistant devices, damage from liquids may void the warranty if it exceeds the rated resistance
- Unauthorised modifications: Jailbreaking, rooting, flashing unofficial firmware, or any hardware modification
- Consumables: Batteries are covered for the first 6 months only (unless showing clear manufacturing defects). Earphone tips, stylus nibs, and similar consumables are not covered.
- Cosmetic damage: Scratches, scuffs, or discolouration caused by normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper use: Use outside of manufacturer guidelines, use of incompatible accessories, or power surges
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Our Support Team: Reach out through our Contact page or by phone. Have your order number and a description of the issue ready.
- Assessment: Our technical team will assess your claim and advise on the next steps — whether that is an in-store inspection, a courier collection, or a visit to an authorised service centre.
- Repair or Replacement: Depending on the nature of the defect and manufacturer policy, your device will be repaired or replaced. Timelines vary by manufacturer and issue complexity.

For faster warranty service, you can take your product directly to an authorised service centre:
- Apple: Apple Authorised Service Providers (AASPs) across Cairo, Alexandria, and major governorates
- Samsung: Samsung Service Centres throughout Egypt — visit the Samsung Egypt website for locations
- Sony: Sony Authorised Service Centres in Cairo and major cities
- Other brands: Contact our support team and we will direct you to the nearest authorised service point
Always keep your original purchase receipt or order confirmation — it is required when visiting a service centre.
Extended Warranty Plans
Want extra peace of mind? We offer a 1-year extended warranty plan that can be purchased at the time of your order or shortly after. The extended plan adds an additional year of coverage on top of the manufacturer warranty, and covers the same defects and hardware failures as the original warranty.
